The numbers are in and by all accounts Lil Wayne’s ‘I Am Still Music’ tour was a huge success. According to MTV the U.S. leg which kicked off March 18 in Buffalo, New York and hit 60 cities before winding down September 11 in The Woodlands, Texas grossed $47 million dollars.
Music:: J Cole Grammy For “Best New Artist Of The Year” [Video]
J. Cole had a breakout year in 2011. The Roc Nation artist dropped his solo album, Cole World: The Sideline Story, which has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The only thing that could make his year sweeter for Cole would be if he wins the Grammy for Best New Artist.
